Once you have made this quick easy and super fresh salsa.. You will never want the shop bought stuff again! (Sorry).

The better the ingredients the better the salsa, but this is a must make. If you have a frozen chilli that you want to heat up for a quick midweek dinner, add this natural salsa to make it extra special.


  • Tomatoes (dice them) 
  • Diced red onion (but any kind of onion is fine)
  • Finely Chopped Spring Onions
  • Lime juice (Fresh is best)
  • A drizzle of vinegar (White or Red)
  • Chopped Fresh Coriander
  • Salt & Pepper to taste.

    STEP 1: Chop / Dice all the ingredients and put them in a bowl. Give them a good mix.

    STEP 2: Pour over any liquid ingredients and mix well again.

    STEP 3: Enjoy straight away, pop in the fridge covered. Or you can even freeze any leftovers.
